Sandra Bowers, RN, BSN

Sandra Bowers joined Trillium Healthcare Consulting (now Arboreta Healthcare) in 2018 as Chief Nursing and Compliance Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in post-acute care. Sandra started her career caring for others as a certified nursing assistant at Moore Regional Hospital during nursing school and continued to work as a licensed nurse on a post-op surgical unit after graduation. Sandra graduated from Western Governors University in North Carolina with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and soon found her passion in caring for the elderly in a post-acute care environment. She transitioned from roles as a staff nurse into management in Staff Development and Director of Nursing. Her desire to improve quality of care continued with multi-facility coverage, while practicing as an Executive Nurse Consultant for facilities across 17 states. Sandra excels at teaching and training staff to enhance their knowledge in providing a higher quality of care, leading to improved outcomes for patients.
